Designed in Germany, the HSS-VarioPLUS Annular Cutter Set is a high-performance solution for professional metal drilling applications requiring precision, durability, and extended tool life. This compact set includes five core drills in the most commonly used diameters: 2 × Ø14 mm, 2 × Ø18 mm, and 1 × Ø22 mm, neatly packed in a robust storage box for workshop and site use.

Manufactured from premium HSS M2 material with a 2.5 µm carbide coating, these fully ground annular cutters offer excellent wear resistance, reduced friction, and outstanding cutting stability. The carbide coating – Made in Germany – significantly extends service life and ensures reliable performance even during continuous industrial use.

Available with 30 mm or 55 mm cutting length, the cutters are ideal for drilling plates, profiles, and structural steel. Optimized flute geometry enables smooth and efficient chip evacuation, reducing cutting forces, vibration, and machine load. This results in faster drilling, improved safety, and consistently clean, burr-free holes.

Equipped with a 19 mm Weldon shank (¾"), the cutters are compatible with all common magnetic drilling machines. Regrindable and engineered for professional use, the HSS-VarioPLUS set delivers premium performance for demanding steel and stainless-steel applications.
